We are looking forward to welcoming you to our offices and are pleased to share with you our information and guidelines on how we are maintaining a COVID-19-secure environment.

We are committed to supporting our clients through this COVID-19 transitional period and we will host meetings based on your preferences.  We look forward to welcoming you to meetings in person or virtually – whichever you feel most comfortable with. 

Any drop off or collection of paperwork needs to be by appointment at our Staverton office. Please contact your usual Hazlewoods contact for more information.

If you are visiting our offices and to ensure we help everyone stay safe, we would be grateful if you could:

  • Attend scheduled appointments only. Meetings and visits to our offices are limited.
  • Place your documents in the secure drop box. All deliveries to be sent to Staverton.
  • Sanitise your hands on entry and exit of the building.
  • Follow appropriate social distancing rules.
  • Wear a face mask in communal areas.
  • Provide your contact details for Track and Trace.

After your meeting

If you develop COVID-19 symptoms in the days following your visit, please contact your host.
