I specialise in advising both corporate and family businesses on business disposals and acquisitions. I also have considerable experience in financial due diligence, management buyouts and refinancing.
My hobbies & interests
Away from work I am a regular gym goer and keen runner, having recently completed my first competitive half marathon.
