My department
I lead Hazlewoods Innovation & Technology team, which works with fast-moving, IP-rich companies developing new products, services and processes. The team’s services include grant audits, funding advice and structuring as well as accounting and tax advice. I have specialised in advising companies on R&D tax credits since 2001 and on Patent Box since its introduction in 2013. I am a member of both the ICAEW and the Chartered Institute of Taxation, and of HM Revenue and Customs’ R&D Consultative Committee.
My hobbies & interests
I enjoy learning various languages as well as practising yoga, going to the gym and enjoying the Gloucestershire countryside. I also manage to find time for the occasional glass of wine.
