Hazlewoods Corporate Finance team is delighted to announce that it has advised Collective Capital Limited on the successful acquisition of an international IT recruitment agency.
Apps IT Limited is the UK’s leading supplier of specialist Oracle software consultants to businesses and organisations in the UK, Europe and North America. It has 13,000 consultants working on the most prestigious Oracle projects globally.
The investment gives Collective Capital a majority stake in the company, who plan to accelerate Apps IT’s ambitious expansion plans.
Two of the founders of the Kent-based company, Simon Moore and Phil Coles, will continue their management roles. A third founding partner, Kevin Houghton, exited the company on completion of the deal to focus on other business ventures.
Rob Wills, managing partner of Collective Capital, which actively invests in UK businesses with growth potential, brings a wealth of professional experience from his work with large corporate companies in Asia, the USA and Europe and high growth digital companies in Silicon Valley.
